Return & Refund Policy

At Dynamic Deals, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Returns:

  • You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@dynamicdeals.pro with your order number and reason for return.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges:

  • If you need to exchange an item, contact us at support@dynamicdeals.pro.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
