At Dynamic Deals, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
Returns:

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@dynamicdeals.pro with your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges:

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
